Ep37 - Bryan Gonzales

In this Episode I chat with my buddy, Bryan Gonzalez, you might remember him from episode 11 when I interviewed him and Robert Sierra of SS Pit Crew.  Since then Bryan has made a decision to move on from his full time job and his Barbecue Competition team in order to focus his attention on Barbecue Full time.  No, he's not starting his own business just yet, instead he was offered an opportunity to work at one of the Top Barbecue Joints in the Country!  Although it means uprooting his life in San Marcos Texas, he is extremely excited to learn from one of the best in the business.  Bryan is extremely talented and one of the friendliest and most humble guys you'll meet.  Tune in to hear his story and find out where he's headed.  I hope you enjoy the show!
