EP70 - Old Jimmy's BBQ

As we continue our Mexico Pitmaster Series, In this episode I chat with my good friends Fernando Vela and Eugenio Lehman of Old Jimmy's Barbecue in Monterrey Nuevo Leon Mexico.  Old Jimmy's has been around for a long time, they just celebrated their 10th year anniversary earlier this year and there are no signs of slowing down.  They try to keep their BBQ as traditional to Texas as they can and they do it with lots of Love and Pride. Ep66 - Palmira Barbecue

For my first episode of 2023, I chat with my buddy Hector Garate of Palmira Barbecue.  Hector burst into the BBQ Scene with his Puerto Rican Roots and creative mind and he's blown away his customers with amazing Carolina Latino-inspired Barbecue.  He's had some incredible collaborations including one with my good buddy, John Bates of Interstellar, and just this past weekend with Koi Barbecue in Houston.  They have some big plans for this year and they are laser-focused.   I hope you enjoy the Show!

Ep65 - Monterrey BBQ Fest 2022

In this episode I take you with me to the Monterrey BBQ Fest!! The first BBQ event of its kind & the first KCBS competition ever, in Mexico. I believe we also had the first Texas Pitmaster to wrestle a luchador in Mexico as well!!  It was an incredible time and I’m happy that I get to share part of the experience, with you!  I will also have a Spanish version coming out very soon, so be on the look out for it!
